Back pain may be the result of any combination of factors, such as routine activity, the persons lifestyle, thier level of fitness, and the aging process. The level of complexity to the problem means that there is not a simple solution. People who suffer from major ;back pain ;usually must make significant lifestyle changes and work with thier healthcare provider to find a solution that works for them.
